Okay, it's hard to describe yourself. So, without copping out... here's how other people describe me. Passionate, typically loud, a die hard Springsteen, Red Sox, and Howard Stern fan, obsessed with snow globes, curious, able to multi-task (you should see me get myself and my kids up and out the door in the morning... it's the ultimate juggling act!)

Hi Pam. Wanted to let you know that in November at the Coolidge Corner Theater (Brookline,) they're having an HD broadcast of a Springsteen concert. Your status cracks me up :-) I find I eat more on days when I work-out in the morning, too. That decreases, though, if I cut down on morning coffee (caffeine seems to drive me to eat when I am not really hungry). For that reason, I try to end my workout with cardio, then skip the coffee.
